My name is Uwe Wahser, I am the owner of www.apuuli.de. I graduated from the University of Heidelberg with a Masters in Medical Informatics in 1995. My thesis was on Health Management Information System Design in Fort Portal, Uganda. After that I worked at the Department for Tropical Hygiene and Public Health at Heidelberg University, which send me to Nouna, Burkina Faso. There I worked from 1996 to 1998. After I had to return to Germany, I decided to transfer to the private sector. I am now working as a MIS developer for a financial service provider in Heidelberg.

My primary interest in the DSS-Triangle is software design for HMIS.
